For my prototype sketch I chose to do a box and then use different letters from magazines to use pictures of celebrities in the inside of the box and then quotes by the celebrities' pictures that explains their story on going through Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I basically chose to do a cardboard box for part of my project because I didn't know how else to represent my trauma of Body Dysmorphia in which my original plan was to make my project on a poster board but I thought I would try to be a little more creative with my project so I decided to "think outside the box" and that's when I got the idea to use a box for this art project. In the box I was gonna put cutouts from magazines of celebrities who have struggled with BDD because I decided to do my research on which celebrities have went through the same trauma as I had so I figured to use those celebrities' cutouts from different types of magazines and glue them onto the box to represent that not only just people struggle from that type of trauma but celebrities as well. For the inner side of the box I was thinking of painting it blue to represent sadness and then for the outside of the box I was planning on painting it black since the color black is kind of a "dark" color and since billions of people have went through that type of darkness of trauma I thought it would match with the the idea of doing an art project based on Body Dysmorphia and last but not least doing drawings on the left and right side of the box to represent the main idea on what BDD can look like for people struggling with that specific type of trauma.
